About our Team

Kelly LobbKelly W. Lobb, MD received his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston then completed the PM&R residency program at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.  He received a B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Biological Science from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. Kelly holds memberships with the Texas Medical Association, the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Pain Management, and the American Pain Society. He holds joint appointments in the Department of Family and Community Medicine and the Department of Humanities in the College of Medicine, Texas A&M University System Health Science Center in College Station, Texas.


Kelly is medical director of St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center inpatient and outpatient physical therapy programs, as well as cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.  He is a team physician for the Vikings Football team of Bryan High School. Kelly enjoys time with his family, reading, travel, and fishing.




Kasey LobbKasey J. Lobb, MS, RDN, LD holds both bachelor and master degrees from Texas Woman’s University in Denton. After working for St. Joseph Rehabilitation Center inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling services, Kasey opened her independent nutrition counseling practice in Bryan/College Station in 2007.


With over ten years of experience in nutrition science and counseling coupled with her ability to educate and connect with individuals, Kasey’s goal has remained the same – to help people develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Kasey helps clients realize their health goals in client centered process. She holds Advanced Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.


As a member of the American, Texas, and Mid-East Texas Academies of Nutrition and Dietetics, she stays up to date on nutrition fads and science.  Kasey participates in numerous dietetic practice groups. Kasey also loves just spending time with her family, Bible study, travel, cooking, and swimming.


In 2010 Kasey and Dr. Kelly Lobb opened rehabfirst in Bryan, TX.



Barbara HerrmanBarbara Herrman is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with many years experience helping individuals improve their health through lifestyle changes and eating habits.  Although she has a wide range of dietetic skills, her specialty and passion is helping individuals overcome the health problems associated with adverse food reactions.


She utilizes a variety of methods to help patients identify their trigger foods, including patient history, Mediator Release Testing and elimination diets.  Her counseling is practical, teaching cognitive and behavioral  skills in order to improve both diet and long-term health outcomes.


 Barbara is a Registered/Licensed Dietitian with a BS in general dietetics from Washington State University.  She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Texas Dietetic Association.






Jessianna Saville, MS, RDN, CSR, LD, CLT  We are happy to welcome Jess with Preventative Nutrition Specialists to rehabfirst. She specializes in kidney disease, diabetes, and food sensitivities. 




Madel VillarrealMadel S Villarreal is the office manager for rehabfirst. She is an award winning advocate for patient care in addition to being trained in multiple technical areas of running a busy medical practice.
